1. Giant trevally can be as long as 17 metres but they are usually about 80cm.
2. They will leap out of the water to catch birds to eat.
3. Hawaiians call them ulua.
4. They can weigh around 132lb/60kg.
5. Giant trevally are an apex predator which means that they are at the top of the food chain and have no natural predators.
